Job Description
We are seeking a Cage Cashier to join our professional casino team. The position offers the following responsibilities:
- Process and manage monetary transactions while ensuring exceptional guest service from the window bank position
- Handle guest and company funds in accordance with gaming regulations and company procedures
- Process gaming chips tickets and check transactions while managing markers and fills with accuracy
- Maintain accurate bank balance and safeguard casino cage assets during assigned shift
- Process guest credit applications and maintain customer credit files
- Manage window markers and safety deposit boxes for guest accounts
- Input markers fill and credit slips into the computer system with precision
- Provide detailed information to guests regarding casino promotions and services
- Maintain a professional appearance and ensure work station is properly stocked and organized
- Perform duties while standing for extended periods during shift
Additional responsibilities may be assigned by management as needed.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Required:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Previous cashiering or cash handling experience preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic mathematical calculations and currency handling
- Technical competency with calculators computers and currency counting equipment
- Physical capability to perform essential functions including standing bending pushing and lifting up to 26 pounds
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English
- Ability to obtain and maintain required gamingrelated certifications and licenses as mandated by local regulations
