Job Description
The Client Services Medical Technologist reflects the mission vision and values of NM adheres to the organizations Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program and complies with all relevant policies procedures guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
The Medical Technologist Client Services Associate is required to respond to many customer questions regarding esoteric tests referred outside the CDH laboratory. The Client Services Associate is required to identify investigate and correct erroneous laboratory orders and procedures. This person will be responsible to find creative solutions for preventing and solving system problems. This position requires a thorough understanding of the hospital and reference lab computer systems the ability to work and think independently and a thorough understanding of laboratory services and high complexity testing.
Qualifications :
Required:
- 1 year of experience or recent graduate
- Medical Technologist certification MT(ASCP) or equivalent with a Bachelors Degree in clinical laboratory science
Preferred:
- 2 years of experience
