You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Event & Project Management Specialist supervises local and global events and projects coordinates suppliers and ensures compliance with company standards Support the planning the organization and the execution of both global and local PR events and the PR Manager in the definition and implementation of the special project relating to Press Product Promotion and Events.
1.01 Support for Global Events to ensure the correct implementation of all the activities related the organization and execution
1.02 Support for Local Events. Assists in organizing and supervising local PR events within their geographical area ensuring they comply with company guidelines and collaborates with local PR teams to implement planned activities.
1.03 Operational Coordination:Maintains uptodate event calendars checklists and operational support in managing materials including press kits and event setups.
1.04 Supplier Management : Supports the selection and coordination of suppliers for events monitoring timelines and the quality of services provided and handles operational requests related to venues catering setups and logistics.
1.05 Special Project ensures the correct implementation of the local activities related to Press Product Promotion and Special Special Project across all markets.
1.06 Monitoring and Reporting: collect postevent data to support internal analysis and in creating operational reports to monitor the progress of activities.
