As a Senior Power Platform Developer you will be responsible for designing developing and deploying solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suiteincluding Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Dataverse and Power Pages. You will support both internal business functions and clientfacing initiatives through tailored application development automation and data solutions. Youll also contribute to the teams AI capabilities using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI services. Key Responsibilities

Power Platform Development

• Build custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and ModelDriven) Power Pages and Dataverse.
• Design and implement automated workflows with Power Automate.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Configure and maintain Power Pages for internal and external users.
• Deliver scalable solutions for both inhouse and clientfacing projects.

Dynamics 365 and Integration

• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
• Integrate Dynamics solutions with external APIs and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate on portal development and user experience enhancements.
   

AI and Emerging Technologies

• Learn and apply Microsoft Copilot Studio for AIdriven applications.
• Contribute to early adoption of Azure AI services and Foundry models.
• Explore AIenhanced workflows and virtual agents.

Team Collaboration and Leadership

• Participate in Agile delivery teams with analysts testers and architects.
• Document technical approaches and solution designs.
• Mentor junior developers and help build a new team from the ground up.
• Ensure compliance with governance security and quality standards.

Web and API Development

• Assist in maintaining and developing web assets and digital workflows.
• Implement and maintain APIs for system integration.

Qualifications :

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology Computer Science or similar.
• 24 years experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI).
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse and ModelDriven App development.
• Familiarity with Power Pages and Dynamics 365 CE.
• Proficiency in C# JavaScript Python and REST APIs.
• Experience with CMS platforms and web technologies.
• Understanding of Azure AI services is desirable.
• Interest in emerging technologies like Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
