Anticipated starting salary: $84000 annually
Under the supervision of the Program Manager with clinical oversight provided by the FWB Director or designee the Mental Health Therapist provides direct outpatient consultation and therapy to adults/children/families on their caseload. The MHT provides shortterm individual/couples/family therapy and clinical consultation CCRC staff. The MHT maintains current shortform assessments and documentation of services provided in appropriate databases. The MHT operates within the current best practices of the Mental Health field and adhere to Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) or Board of Psychology (BOP) legal/ethical standards State regulations and Agency policy.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Within a team environment this position will perform the following responsibilities:
Provide Services to enrolled recipients (60%)
Individualized Child and Family Centered Consultation (20%)
Community Referrals (10%)

Minimum Required
Education: Masters or Doctoral Degree in psychology social work or related and currently licensed in the State of California through the BBS or BOP;

Bilingual Required: Ability to converse write and/or translate in English and Spanish
Work environment: Mixture of working in an office work environment and working directly with the community; fieldbased
