The Space and Intelligence Division provides professional services to the US Space Force Combatant Commands Intelligence Community and NASA. Our work includes enterprise architectural assessments systems engineering and integration test planning and execution cost estimating and analysis acquisition support and cybersecurity. The Strategic Technology Analysis Group (STAG) part of SPAs Space and Intelligence Division offers sophisticated capabilities (people process & tools) to resolve unique problems in space cyber and special operations in support to military services Secretary of Defense offices (OSD) and theater warfighters. Our portfolio includes the Assistant Secretary of Air Force for Space Acquisition & Integration (SAF/SQ) Joint Warfare Analysis Center (JWAC) Space Security and Defense Program (SSDP) National Space Defense Center (NSDC) Space Warfighting Analysis Center (SWAC) Strategic Capabilities Office (SCO) US Space Command (USSPACECOM) and US Space Force (USSF). SPA has a future need for a highlyqualified NASIC Program Manager.

Responsibilities

SPA is looking for a Program Manager to support the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). This position leads the application and advancement of critical intelligence disciplines such as Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and Foreign Materiel Exploitation (FME). NASICs mission is to discover and characterize air space missile and cyber threats to enable fullspectrum multidomain operations drive weapon system acquisition and inform national defense policy. NASICs enduring ability to delivery authoritative engineeringlevel scientific and technical intelligence is pivotal in our Nations defense.

  • Provide expertlevel oversight of program and functional managers across a broad portfolio of NASIC missions.
  • Consult on program execution to include multiple agency partnering opportunity assessments resource allocations and/or risk identification on technical and developmental issues.
  • Direct and evaluate cost schedule and performance of complex technical efforts.
  • Solicit operational/technical requirements then prepare supporting documentation to include statements of work and submit for approval/processing.
  • Track status of various acquisitions from submission through award and support contract administration to include management of contract deliverables; track obligations/expenditures.
  • Interface with external agencies to facilitate collaboration data and product sharing and integration of intelligence.
  • Facilitate technical exchanges and implement processes for broader community awareness of Intelligence efforts across the DoD.
  • Develop and present briefings to executive and senior level customer personnel.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance/access or TS/SCI eligibility
  • BS/BA degree
  • Demonstrated experiencein Program Management for the DoD or IC Community.
  • Reports to Dayton OH work location on a fulltime basis

Desired:

  • Specific direct experience performing program/project management tasks in support of DoD or IC missions (IC experiencepreferred)
  • Specific direct knowledge and experience with program/project managementrelated activity associated with MASINT SIGINT GEOINT HUMINT OSINT TECHINT and/or All Source Analysis
  • PMP certification
  • Effective efficient written and oral communication skills
  • Selfmotivated detail oriented responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction
  • Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel
