Job Description
Under supervision of the Department Supervisor and Section Lead safely perform production tasks in line with industry standards. Works in a continuous improvement mindset and actively participates in continuous improvement activities.
- Follow detailed work instructions & processes to insure high quality product
- Accurate quality data entry and attention to detail
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment
- Accurately package and coordinate shipping of products
- Become proficient in all operator roles
- Manage daily assigned tasks to assure completion each shift
- Meet or exceed goals and contribute to improving overall company metrics
- Become an active member of our manufacturing team helping to drive continuous improvement
- Gain full working knowledge of an intricate set of production tools (metrology CVD reactors lab equipment etc.)
- Maintain a clean and Safe work Environment
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of manufacturing experience
- Ability to work independently & be accountable
- Mechanical inclination
- Cleanroom or lab experience preferred
- Chemical handling experience preferred
- Able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Adhere to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements including safety shoes and safety glasses.
Hourly Range
$18.75/hr $24.00/hr USD (DOE)
