o Travel booking and support when required
o Raising purchase orders and using iBuy to place orders with suppliers
o Liaising with landlord agent and outside contractors for office issues
o Arranging internal and external meetings including Team Builds Workshops etc
o Maintain Mayne House Teams channel with relevant departmental information
o Site Security concept support
o Approving invoices in our internal system (APM)
o Meeting and organising suppliers along with central purchasing
o IT and new starter / leaver support including onsite onboarding
Sample coordination for a Customer Team
o Oversight and support the team for sample order management including:
Support quotations and tracking internal and external sample orders
Liaising with customer and plant on lead times and delivery dates
Liaising with Sales engineers and Project Managers for relevant documentation for internal orders
Qualifications :
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Administrative tools and systems experience (APM WorkOn SAP MS Office etc)
High attention to detail
Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
Good problemsolving ability
Customer focused mindset
