Job Description
Kundenerlebnis & Gesprchsvorbereitung
- Du bist erste Ansprechperson und sorgst dafr dass sich unsere Kund:innen gut aufgehoben fhlen
- Du koordinierst effizient die Gesprchstermine mit unseren Sales Managern
Kommunikation & Optimierung
- Du schaffst durch berzeugende Kommunikation Begeisterung und bindest Kund:innen langfristig
- Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Teams zusammen und gestaltest unsere Prozesse aktiv mit
- Du bereitest die Kund:innen professionell und freundlich auf ihre Expertengesprche vor
Qualifications :
- Du hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrung in der Kundenkommunikation oder Koordination
- Du bist offen kommunikativ und lsungsorientiert
- Du arbeitest selbststndig gut organisiert und bis teamfhig
- Du sprichst flieend Deutsch (CLevel)
