Job Description

The Manufacturing Systems (MES) Associate Quality Assurance Analyst is an individual contributor responsible for supporting SiBR/SAP business applications (manufacturing systems). The Associate Analyst will play a pivotal role in developing business requirements configuring developing testing certifying installing and maintaining all SiBR/SAP application changes and modifications. The Associate Analyst will work with various functional teams to support investigate and resolve defects in the applications in a timely manner and drive improvements that increase efficiency.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in training and education programs for various aspects of quality assurance.
  • Search for solutions to problems identified in the areas of manufacturing and process quality through the application of Lean tools.
  • Perform assessment to determine compliance processes procedures and regulations to identify potential gaps and implement mitigating strategies
  • Support assigned root cause investigations (NCRs) as well as the development of action plans and the implementation of corresponding actions during the established period of time. Review and Approve documents for MES NCR.
  • Review and approve quality plans and First Article Plans related to the MES production process where you are assigned as a Quality representative.
  • Perform reviews to MES System documents as well as validation/qualification protocols (IQ PPQ IOQ IO PR etc.) where assigned as a quality representative.
  • Provide support to key company projects including definition and implementation of controls aimed at ensuring product/process quality.
  • Ensure the order and cleanliness of the areas under your responsibility. (5s) and comply with quality GOs in the corresponding period.
  • Do the other functions inherent to the position and those assigned by your immediate manager.
  • Meet compliance with corporate and legal EHS requirements by complying with internal policy and procedures. In addition ensure compliance through the adoption of necessary strategies internal controls communication and training.
  • Continuously maintain EHS results through leadership commitment and participation in all EHSrelated initiatives

Qualifications :

Education and Language Proficiency Requirements

  • Student in Engineering Computer Engineering or IT (at least 50% of the degree completed) or proven experience using informatics/programming systems.
  • English language level B1.

Skills

  • Ability to work alone or in a team.
  • Problemsolving skills.
  • Internal and/or external customer focus.
  • Critical thinking.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook) and Power BI.
  • Ability to work with remote teams across multiple time zones using platforms such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.

Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience using ERP preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the medical industry.
  • Experience interfacing with external systems. Technical knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is desirable.
