We are looking for dynamic and passionate individuals to join our Golf Food & Beverage Team.
Note preference will be given to those that our available for the full season (JuneOctober 15th)
Starting Rate: $16.89 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $17.89
What you will be doing:
- Daily Opening and Closing duties of the snack bar and beverage carts
- Meal periods are Breakfast Lunch and Dinner
- Function Help occasionally assisting other departments in F&B
- Group meals up to 150 people
- Table setups Buffet setups arranging equipment
- Attending the beverage cart stations on course
- Have full knowledge of all food and beverage menu items garnishes contents and preparation methods
- Loading and Unloading of product to/from storage rooms
- Maintain accurate billing cash handling and float procedures
- Driving the beverage cart on course. Serving Golfers
- Basic maintenance of a wood burning fireplace (starting fire stocking wood logs.. etc)

- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Must have ProServe Certification
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Server in a highvolume and fast paced environment required
- Good knowledge of Golf Course Operations is required
- Previous pointofsale system experience required
- Extensive wine beer and cocktail knowledge is essential
- Must be able to carry and serve 3 plates at one time
- Schedule flexibility including early mornings late nights weekends holidays
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40lbs and be able to be on your feet for 8 hours or more
- Valid Drivers license
