Strategic Process Associate

As a Strategic Process Associate you will work on improving key processes within the scope of the Group Chief Financial Officer. In your role you will:

Conduct analyses: Collect and process data while upholding quality standards; conduct indepth analysis of existing processes to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.

Drive continuous improvement: Design and document standardised target processes and methodologies; ensure their deployment (driving implementation of tools systems and processes) to align with business goals and best practices.

Coordinate initiatives: Work closely with support teams delivery managers product managers functional analysts and development teams to understand and identify solutions.

Lead change adoption and manage different stakeholders: For each project support change management efforts including stakeholder alignment communication plans and training programmes to ensure successful deployment

Manage different projects: Be responsible for project sponsors planning actions and milestones always proactively communicating critical issues.

Qualifications :

Education and experience: Masters degree in sciences engineering business or a related field.

Language proficiency: Fluent in English (oral and written); additional languages are a plus.

Technical skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools is required along with proficiency in data analysis data visualisation and reporting tools.

Personal skills: Strong interpersonal skills (e.g. oral and written communication presentation skills); highly motivated to understand and improve complex processes; ability to define concepts and describe them clearly and concisely; organisational skills with high attentiontodetail; highly proactive and autonomous.
