Now Hiring: Construction Project Manager
Location: Grapevine / Southlake Texas area
Salary: Competitive Based on Experience
Schedule: FullTime (45 hours per week)
Are you a dynamic resultsdriven Construction Project Manager ready to take on exciting projects Do you thrive in a fastpaced environment managing budgets schedules and teams to deliver highquality construction projects on time and within budget If so we want YOU to join our clients team!
What Youll Do:
Oversee all phases of construction projects ensuring they stay on time and within budget
Create and manage project schedules progress reports pay applications RFIs submittals and change orders
Coordinate material and equipment deliveries while ensuring proper mobilization of subcontractors
Verify submittals final drawings and installed materials to ensure compliance with contract documents
Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors vendors architects engineers and management
Monitor job site quality control and safety programs
Track and manage all closeout procedures (O&M manuals asbuilt plans warranties permits etc.)
Occasionally assist with estimating bid solicitation and business development
What You Bring to the Table:
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Architecture Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong verbal and written communication skills with all levels of employees and management
Proven leadership with the ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently
Expertise in contract management blueprint reading and construction regulations
Techsavvy experience with Microsoft Office Project BlueBeam Procore (or similar software)
Willingness to work 45 hours per week conduct regular job site visits and handle rapidly changing priorities

Comfortable working in various weather conditions and occasionally using hand tools/small equipment
