- Provide expert legal representation in family law cases from inception to trial.
- Develop and implement effective legal strategies tailored to meet clients individual needs offering advice on legal options and acting as the main liaison between the firm and clients.
- Advocate for clients in various legal proceedings such as mediations depositions trials and hearings related to family law matters.
- Get clients experts and witnesses ready for legal proceedings through consultations and necessary preparations to ensure optimal representation.
- To be considered for this role as a Family Law Attorney in Bryan TX US the applicant must hold an active Texas law license and maintain good standing with the Texas Bar Association.
- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in family law.
- A Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school is a mandatory requirement for this position.
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Word Outlook Dropbox and electronic legal research platforms is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively market oneself as a skilled family law litigator are crucial.
