The Nurse Specialist (T1) acts as a clinical leader with the primary goal of continuous improvement of patient outcomes and safe nursing practice. Partners with the Nursing Director in leading the professional practice at BIDMC. Maintains current professional knowledge/competencies and contributes to the advancement of nursing practice at the unit system local and/or national level. Training evaluation and competencies for this role are overseen by a Nurse Leader to the department.Job Description:
