Crescent Hotels & Resorts invites you to embark on an exciting journey as an AM In Room Dining Server for the spectacular Remi Hotel a new build Autograph Collection. Nestled in the pulsating heart of downtown Scottsdales Entertainment District this 161room gem combines classic western elements with bold modern motifs redefining the desert aesthetic and attitude. Its five food and beverage outlets range from a 1940s inspired caf on the ground level to a seductive Miamistyle rooftop pool deck and bar reflective of the orange groves of Morocco.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Available to work shifts from 5am1pm with flexibility on a regular basis.
- Set up and deliver all food and beverage orders in accordance with established guidelines procedures and policies as ensuring company standards are met.
- Ensure customer service standards are
- Conduct floor sweeps and retrieve all food and beverage trays in order to maintain established sanitation guidelines.
- Complete all sidework as outlined in the hotels operating policies and procedures.
- Respond to customer needs issues comments and concerns to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales.
- Report all communication to shift supervisor.
- Perform all cash handling responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- One year hotel in room dining experience preferred.
- Marriott brand and service knowledge is highly preferred.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Ability to grasp bend lift and/or carry or otherwise move or push goods on a cart weighing a maximum of 100 lbs. at a continuous schedule.
- Ability to transport large trays weighing up to 30lbs.
- Food handler certification.
- Liquor certification.
