The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Flight Test Materials Management Analyst to join our team in North Charleston SC.
In addition to the responsibilities listed below this position will require 10% travel.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide functional sustainment support to user community
Work with customers to continually improve system utilization and process execution
Manage user accounts
Manage system setups and defaults
Troubleshoot issues related to system process and/or training
Manage training material and conduct training
Liaison to I.T. and Functional Core Organizations
Develop processes based on business requirements
Perform and support user acceptance testing and CRPs (Conference Room Pilots)
Work with I.T. and users to resolve interface/system integration errors
Provide data extracts for but not limited to:
Metrics Reporting
Work Queues
Exception Reports
Additional Responsibilities:
Asses test capabilities and leads activities to ensure availability of test equipment materials and fixtures
Monitors test progress and test configuration/instrumentation
Ensures configuration of test article/facility is returned to pretest condition
Develops creates and maintains equipment location and test documentation that supports regulatory requirements
Performs analysis of general test capabilities to assess site needs for longrange planning and forecasting to support strategic initiatives
Assist with remote logistics coordination
Coordinates work offloading and confers with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery
Resolves schedule product deviations and manufacturing requirements at the program level analyze impacts and monitors workarounds
Creates and manages comprehensive multitiered project schedules for significant organization enterprise and business unit projects
Monitors program costs and processes financial documents and reports. Resolves discrepancies. Acts as site subject matter expert for technical content
Leads and oversees assignment of tool development work packages
Analyzes and coordinates resolution of errors in tooling business and product configuration systems
Supports test flights by providing necessary life support equipment
Supports onsite testing of new equipment
Evaluates new flight equipment designs and helps integrate them with current equipment and the aircraft interface
Works under minimal direction
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
8 years of project management experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience managing equipment rooms and test assets
Experience with Boeing tool control

Shift:
