The Small Animal Community Practice (SACP) is looking for a prelicensed veterinary technician to join our team. We are committed to providing excellent patientfocused care in a general practice setting and teaching the next generation of veterinarians.
The job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Employees working in the hospital must receive the preexposure rabies prophylaxis vaccination series prior to or immediately after hire which will be paid for by the department.

Weekly schedules may include alternative shifts weekends holidays and other coverage as CUHA provides 24hour care for patients 365 days of the year. Individuals in this role will consistently be under the supervision of an experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician.

This PreLicensed Veterinary Technician position is an opportunity for individuals actively enrolled in the SUNYDelhi online Veterinary Technology Program. Individuals in this role will provide clinical support primarily to the Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) team within an assigned clinical section or throughout the hospital. Individuals in this role may be assigned to any Ithaca based CUHA hospitals or rotate based on business needs.
