Job Summary
The IPT Production Manager utilizes their skill set to drive production plans and needs to meet our customer expectations of quality parts delivered on time.
Primary Responsibilities
Work cooperatively with all employees.
Work comfortably within an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment
Willing to adapt work schedule to company needs.
Attendance / Punctuality: Is consistently at work and on time.
Demonstrate a basic ability to read and comprehend drawings and other applicable documentation.
Perform the following functions:
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned Manager.
Observe safety regulations and follow protective equipment requirements. Report hazardous observations to Management personnel.

Must be able to navigate through applicable ERP system.

Proactively reviews NCR issues.
Ability to effectively and appropriately diffuse a situation.
Understanding of the effects of process deviation.
Able to advise management of policy violations.
PA&E Competencies

Education/Previous Experience Requirements
High School graduate.
2 years experience in a manufacturing environment as a production planner lead supervisor or manager is preferred.
In addition all employees of PA&E are expected to:

Maintain a clean safe and unobstructed work area
Provide customers with the highest quality of products and services
Understand and apply appropriate quality improvement processes
