Internal Title: Senior Manager North America Subject Matter Expert Trade to Cash

Location: Chicago 3 days in office

Trade to Cash Deductions at a glance

The North America GBS Trade to Cash Subject Matter Expert provides specialized knowledge and expertise to support the design execution and optimization of processes within the Trade to Cash area & Zone. They collaborate closely with their direct manager the Zone Business Partner as well as Global Excellence and Global Process Leader to ensure process accuracy and innovation.

  • Contributes to process design innovation and optimization efforts.

  • Provides expert insights into process execution SOP updates and performance metrics.

  • Supports the development and implementation of customer experience initiatives.

  • Assists with governance zone or subject matter regulatory compliance and change enablement frameworks.

    New Hire Base Salary Range:

    $118400.00 $148000.00

    Bonus: This position is eligible for a performancebased bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

    The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidates geographic region jobrelated knowledge skills and experience among other factors
