About the role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Scrum Master to join our Guidewire delivery squads. As a Scrum Master you will be responsible for facilitating and guiding our Agile development squads towards delivering highquality products efficiently and effectively. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Agile principles and practices are followed promoting collaboration and continuous improvement within the squads.
What youll do:
Act as a servant leader for the development squads facilitating Agile ceremonies.
Ensure the squads have the tools the competence and the capacity to fulfill their objectives.
Coach and mentor squad members on Agile principles and practices fostering a culture of transparency accountability and continuous improvement.
Remove impediments and barriers that hinder the squads progress.
Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog ensuring that it is ready for the upcoming sprints.
Foster a collaborative and selforganizing squad environment encouraging open communication trust and respect among squad members.
Track and report on key Agile metrics and squad performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize squad productivity and delivery.

About the team
You will be supporting up to two squads of Guidewire professionals sitting in different locations in the world. You will also be part of the Scrum of Scrum ceremonies to ensure alignment through the entire delivery. Although you are responsible for finalizing your task you are never alone the squad will always have your back and if any issues arise will come together to solve the issue to meet the goals. If you fail the squad fail and if you succeed thesquad succeed
You have:
Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or a related field.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent Agile certification.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach leading Agile development teams in delivering software products.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies with experience in implementing Agile practices such as Scrum Kanban or Lean.
Excellent communication facilitation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with team members and stakeholders.
Solid problemsolving and conflict resolution skills with the ability to address issues and challenges in a proactive and constructive manner.
Experience working in a fastpaced dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities and requirements.
