Job Description

This role will partner with Businesses within International Emerging Stores Payments Org and based out of Bangalore.

About the team
In this role the HRBP will be part of the International emerging stores payment (IESP) PXT /HR team supporting the payments teams based out of India and also partnering with stakeholders (Business/Tech/HR) in other international locales who are part of the IESP Org.
Key responsibilities would include using data and deep dives to drive goals on Org Structure efficiencies skill development of our talent while holding a high bar on running our talent processes round the year. The role would also support daytoday operations as well as ongoing process improvements/projects. The role would primarily support employees based out of India

Critical Skills and Abilities:
Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
Business and HR acumen including problem solving skills critical thinking and selfinitiative
Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness
Excellent written verbal communication interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation
Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network
Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multitasking abilities
. Proven skill in the operation and utilization software such as Microsoft office


1) Degree in Human Resources with about 35 years work experience
2) Experienced in Business partnering roles understanding business linked PXT /HR opportunities using HR interventions to drive impact with the business/tech leaders.
3) Influencing deep dive agility and a curious /learners mindset are desirable skills
