Lead Full Stack Developer (AWS, , & Microservices)

Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Lead Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this strategic role you will be responsible for designing developing and delivering scalable and innovative software solutions leveraging emerging technologies. You will lead technical initiatives mentor team members and collaborate across functions to achieve organizational objectives. Your expertise will directly contribute to driving digital transformation enhancing system efficiencies and enabling business growth within the organization.

Software Requirements

Required:

• Programming Languages & Frameworks: JavaScript (ES6)
• Cloud Platforms & Services: AWS (S3 EC2 Lambda ECS API Gateway CloudWatch)
• Development & Version Control: Git Serverless Framework
• Testing Frameworks: Jasmine Jest

Preferred:

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of additional cloud services or tools (e.g. Docker Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with blockchain IoT AI frameworks or platforms

Overall Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of complex software projects using emerging and current technologies
• Architect scalable reliable and maintainable fullstack solutions with a focus on AWS and
• Provide technical leadership guiding development best practices code reviews and ensuring quality standards
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and project contribution
• Identify evaluate and recommend innovative technology solutions to optimize business processes and system performance
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsproduct design quality assuranceto ensure alignment with organizational goals and technical standards
• Stay abreast of industry trends technological innovations and best practices to continuously improve development processes and deliverables
• Drive initiatives for process automation DevOps integration and infrastructure scalability

Technical Skills

Programming Languages & Frameworks:

• Required: () JavaScript (ES6)
• Preferred: TypeScript other frontend frameworks

Databases & Data Management:

• Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB DynamoDB) is a plus

Cloud Technologies:

• AWS services such as S3 EC2 Lambda ECS API Gateway CloudWatch IAM CloudFormation
• Understanding of serverless architecture and deployment

Frameworks and Libraries:

• Serverless Framework testing frameworks (Jasmine Jest)

Development Tools & Methodologies:

• Git version control CI/CD pipelines Agile/Scrum methodologies

Security Protocols:

• Knowledge of secure coding practices and AWS security features

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years in software development roles with a focus on fullstack architectures
• Proven experience leading technology projects delivering scalable solutions using cloud and emerging technologies
• Demonstrable track record of mentoring and guiding technical teams
• Handson experience with API development microservices serverless architectures and cloud deployments
• Prior experience with crossfunctional collaboration in agile environments
• Exposure to emerging tech domains like blockchain IoT or AI is desirable

Alternative pathways:
Qualified candidates with extensive handson fullstack development experience and leadership in technologydriven projects will be considered even if their background varies slightly.

DaytoDay Activities

• Oversee the endtoend development and deployment of fullstack applications utilizing AWS and
• Provide technical mentorship conduct code reviews and support team members skill development
• Collaborate with product managers analysts and other stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Evaluate new tools frameworks and methodologies to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes
• Maintain technical documentation standards and best practices
• Regularly participate in agile ceremonies planning sessions and sprint reviews
• Assess project risks troubleshoot complex issues and implement robust solutions across the technology stack

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• Relevant certifications in cloud computing (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect) fullstack development or emerging technologies preferred
• Continuous professional development through workshops online courses or industry seminars
