Are you ready to be part of a fastpaced intellectually intriguing team As an Associate within the Syndicate team you will join JPMorgan a market leader in Global Securitized Products. The Securitised Products Group (SPG) & Collateralised Loan Obligation (CLO) Syndicate works collaboratively with banking research trading and sales to deliver bestinclass financing solutions to Asset Based Security (ABS) and Residential MortgageBacked Securities (RMBS) issuers and CLO Managers. As an Associate in the Syndicate team you will be involved in the full lifecycle of a new issue transaction: from pitching for new mandates to giving input during the structuring phase to leading the marketing of a transaction. You will assist in the marketing of JP Morgan SPG & CLO transactions and manage internal and external communications across the full lifecycle of transactions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the marketing of JP Morgan SPG & CLO transactions.
  • Manage internal and external communications across the full lifecycle of transactions.
  • Follow market developments and news and help to prepare & deliver market updates.
  • Maintain a variety of SPG & CLO databases.
  • Organize roadshows and conference meetings.
  • Build relationships with SPG & CLO issuers and investors.

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

  • Bachelors degree.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Highly organized detailoriented and proactive.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a highpressured fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple shortterm and longterm projects.

Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

  • Experience in SPG/CLO products

This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity. The successful candidate will therefore be subject to meeting UK regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness propriety knowledge and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and (where appropriate) approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulation Authority to carry out such activities.
