As a Business Intelligence Developer at Cushman & Wakefield you will play a key role in supporting data and technology initiatives across our Global Occupier Services team.Job Description
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for managing data flows maintaining system integrations and developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Automate Power Apps and Power BI.
- This role also includes supporting FAMIS360 administration onboarding/offboarding users and ensuring data quality and accessibility across systems.
- You will work closely with the Systems & Analytics Lead and other stakeholders to deliver highquality datadriven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic decisionmaking.
- Your work will directly contribute to improving the customer journey and workplace experience across the account.
About You:
- Tertiary qualification in a related field preferred.
- Strong experience with Microsoft tools including Excel Word PowerPoint SharePoint and Power Platform (Power Automate Power Apps Power Pages Power BI).
- Experience in property and facilities management is advantageous.
- Skilled in business process and data analysis with a focus on data integrity and exception management.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive problemsolving mindset. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
