Requirements:

• Licensed Optician Certified Optician or relevant eye care experience is required.
• A strong sales and customer service background particularly in the optical industry.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and the team.
• Proven experience working collaboratively within teams ideally in a retail or healthcare.
• The ability to inspire and motivate a team while achieving business objectives.
