The Boeing CompanyWe are looking for a MidLevel Talent Management Specialist to join the Global Talent Management team supporting Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)!
This role collaborates with the BCA Human Resources (HR) team as well as the Global Talent Management center of excellence (CoE) to deploy and monitor enterprise talent management succession planning and performance management tools and processes.
This position can be based in Seattle WA; Everett WA; or Renton WA.
Position Responsibilities:
Deploy and monitor enterprise talent management succession planning and performance management tools and processes
Determine individual and organizational needs offer resource options and coordinate implementation to meet development and business objectives and enhance leadership capability
Partner with the human resource function to deploy leadership development tools and processes at the business unit level
Develop and/or conduct training to meet business needs
Provide meaningful talent data to business unit focals
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3 years of experience in Human Resources
3 years of experience with talent management processes
3 years of experience in project management/leadership
Experience creating executivelevel presentations
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors Degree or higher
Experience supporting organizationwide talent management programs such as talent strategy performance management talent development coaching succession planning data analytics and building relationships with key stakeholders
Experience with Workday
Experience working data from multiple sources and/or manipulating data
