Job Description

You will be contacted directly by the facility after applying to this Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physicianled 650 provider multispecialty group seeking a general orthopedic surgeon to join a busy orthopedic practice in Fruitland Idaho. The team is supported by two Orthopedic Sports Medicine physicians and three Advanced Practice :Typical schedule is Monday through Friday includes a minimum of 32 patient contact hours per week plus procedures rounding and :General Ortho ED CallBenefits:Signon IncentivesStudent Loan RepaymentRelocationPTO & CME AllocationMalpractice Insurance (Incl. Tail)Health/Dental/VisionRetirement (403b)Requirements:Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degreeSuccessful completion of accredited residencyBoard certification through the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (ABOS) or obtain within 3 yearsObtain Idaho & Oregon medical licensure and granting of privileges at SAMCOntario and SAMC NampaValid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEAWillingness to take general orthopedic call
