Were hiring a Vice President Media & Social to lead and scale our global media presence across video social platforms webinars and podcasts. This executivelevel role is responsible for developing and executing a highimpact content strategy that strengthens Xsollas brand amplifies key messages and engages audiences across digital channels.
Youll manage a multidisciplinary team and oversee the production of everything from executive interviews and product explainers to podcast episodes and socialfirst content campaigns. Youll also serve as a strategic partner to PR Marketing and executive leadershipensuring consistent messaging and creative excellence in every asset we share with the world.
Responsibilities
- Lead Media Strategy: Own the global strategy for all video podcast webinar and social media effortsensuring alignment with company goals brand positioning and audience needs.
- Content Production: Oversee the creation of highquality onbrand media including sizzle reels behindthescenes videos product showcases developer interviews and thought leadership assets.
- Podcast & Webinar Development: Design and execute Xsollabranded series that establish the company as a thought leader and resource hub for developers publishers and partners.
- Social Media Oversight: Direct the strategy and execution of content across LinkedIn Twitter/X YouTube TikTok and other platforms. Ensure consistency in tone timing and community engagement.
- Creative Innovation: Explore new formats and distribution channels to keep Xsollas media presence modern experimental and relevant to gaming and tech audiences.
- Analytics & Optimization: Use performance metrics to guide iteration and growth. Regularly assess campaign impact and identify opportunities to scale.
- CrossFunctional Partnership: Collaborate closely with PR Product Marketing Business Development and Executive Communications to ensure cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
- 1015 years of experience in media digital content or brand storytelling including 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead highperforming creative or media teams ideally within the gaming tech or entertainment industries.
- Deep understanding of digital video podcast production and social media platforms.
- Strong editorial sensibility and creative instincts with a track record of developing engaging and impactful content.
- Executivelevel communication skills and experience partnering with Csuite leaders.
- Highly organized resourceful and comfortable operating in a fastpaced global organization.
- Passion for games and game culture is a major plus.
