Youll play a key part in supporting the applications that power the guest experiencefrom the casino floor to front desk operations. If youve worked with systems like LMS Visionline Bartech or other critical gaming and hotel platforms we want to talk to you!About the Role:
As a Solutions Analyst Level 2 youll support and enhance a wide range of frontofhouse and backend applications that keep a highperforming hospitality operation running smoothly. This is more than just supportyoull be a vital link between business users and IT helping deliver real results through system integration troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
This role is perfect for someone whos technical collaborative and excited by the idea of supporting complex highvolume environments in gaming and hospitality.
What Youll Be Doing:
Deliver handson support for essential casino and hotel systems
Work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to roll out new features updates and integrations
Help drive efficiency and reliability across systems like LMS Visionline Bartechand more
Troubleshoot system issues to minimize downtime and keep operations moving
Contribute to exciting highimpact technology projects
Communicate across departments to turn business needs into tech solutions
Ensure all systemsand processes meet compliance standards
What Were Looking For:
5 yearssupporting casino frontofhouse systems(LMS required)
Strong understanding of hospitality and gaming operations
Experience with systems such as LMS Visionline Bartechor similar platforms
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to obtain/maintain a Nevada Gaming Control Board registration
Willingness to work rotating on call shift or holidaysas needed
