Interim Director of Pharmacy
Hospital Beckley WV
Specialty Medical Staffing are actively seeking an experienced Interim Director of Pharmacy for a leadership role at a highly reputable hospital in Beckley West Virginia. This is a consultinglevel position ideal for a pharmacy leader who excels at managing staff and operations.
Position Overview:
As Interim Director of Pharmacy you will oversee pharmacy operations lead clinical and compliance initiatives and serve as a key liaison between hospital leadership and external administration.

Position Highlights:
Start Date: June 9th (no later than June 16th)
Duration: 23 months
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM No weekends
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations compliance and clinical pharmacy programs
Interface with site administration
Ensure adherence to company policies and reporting requirements
Lead sterile compounding initiatives
Participate in weekly progress calls and strategic planning
Minimum Requirements:
Active West Virginia Pharmacist license (required)
35 years of pharmacy management experience
Acute care/inpatient hospital experience strongly preferred
BLS certification
Compensation:
$70/hr (DOE)
