Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Custodian to join our team in Heath OH.
Position Responsibilities:
Possesses substantial knowledge and understanding of the general aspects of the custodial tasks and cleaning processes
Solves routine problems by following established custodial practices and procedures
Work is reviewed for overall adequacy by lead custodian. Under minimal supervision applies proper safety techniques and storage methods in the completion of daily custodial activities
Has demonstrated familiarity with security awareness requirements for assigned area
Maintains awareness of supply levels and communicates needs to assigned lead custodian
Assists lead custodian in delivery of supplies to required areas
Provides occasional guidance on established cleaning techniques to less experienced custodians
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience in janitorial/custodial services
Able to stand and walk throughout work shift (6 hours) as well as carry and lift up to 25 pounds
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Strong execution communication and collaboration skills
Excellent problem solving interpersonal time management and organization skills
Work Location:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
