Job Summary:
The role is responsible for leading the Sales Marketing Partnership and Sales Enablement functions and respective teams.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Leads and manages the VP of Sales VP of Marketing VP of Partnerships and Sales Enablement Manager.
- Supports the recruiting interviewing hiring and training of new commercial staff to help them acclimate and onboard successfully with the company.
- Defines commercial targets for all commercial staff.
- Establishes efficient processes to generate leads convert them into prospects and close deals.
- Builds the tracking tools and processes to measure and track individual and collective performance.
- Oversees daily sales and marketing related activities to ensure delivery of results.
- Motivates and engages the team through high support leadership.
- Provides constructive and timely performance feedback to support team execution.
Essential Functions: Duties and Responsibilities
- Partners with the VP of Marketing to support the Marketing and Business Development teams in driving industry and personaspecific marketing and lead generation campaigns.
- Works alongside the VP of Partnerships to optimize the partner model and support existing partnerships to drive revenue optimization.
- Oversees the Sales Enablement Manager to support Salesforce data quality Sales training and RFP responses.
- Partners with the VP of Sales to drive individual sales representative performance.
- Meets and exceeds all assigned company sales objectives.
- Responsible for leading a team to grow new direct to market business by supporting them in demonstrating and selling our AP for Corporates and Invoice solution to medium to large market commercial accounts leveraging total AP automation software including Invoice Automation workflow/software payments solutions and partnerships.
- Establishes an effective management framework to ensure activity and results are fully aligned with goals and objective performance.
- Implements and manages quota compensation plans performance management training and effectiveness programs.
- Monitors competitive positioning and response measures using KPIS and datadriven approaches.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to communicate end to end solution effectively to key decision makers within a prospective organization.
- Data driven and results oriented.
- Ability to visualize and refine the selling process through to the end to support the team in closing the deal.
- Ability to understand the different processes with the electronic payment space and how company programs can provide effective solutions.
- Accurate professional and timely communication with staff potential clients and internal support groups.
- Ability to set sales/revenues targets and sell a complete software solution package for AP and Invoice.
- Experience managing selling teams to medium to large corporate clients at the VP and CLevel.
- Strong collaboration and coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal written interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Must possess strong time management skills organizational skills and the ability to work effectively to guide a team to meet and exceed goals.
- Must represent Edenred Pay in a professional and knowledgeable capacity.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree required preferably in Finance or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- A minimum of 10 years of successful sales & marketing leadership experience in the corporate payments space and or AP workflow P2P software solutions or AP virtual card payment solutions.
- A minimum of 5 years of executive sales leadership experience
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must possess the physical and mental abilities to perform the tasks normally associated with an office position that involves standing sitting reaching manual dexterity to operate office machines stooping bending to handle files and supplies and mobility to complete errands or deliveries.
- May work at computer monitors for prolonged periods with danger of eye strain and muscle pain.
