Painter
Location Ilkeston Derbyshire (Mobile Working across the East Midlands)
Hours 37.5 hours per week
Salary 30907.00 per annum
The Role
As Painter within our Internal Maintenance Service you will be carrying out painting repairs and maintenance to the highest standard for our residents based across the East Midlands. Performing daytoday maintenance in both occupied and unoccupied priorities there is an expectation you will be multiskilled to provide an efficient customer focused service.
The ideal candidate
You will hold a City and Guilds Level 3 qualification NVQ or similar and have broad experience of daytoday maintenance in both occupied and unoccupied properties.
A full driving licence is essential.
