Job Description
Peace Wapiti Public School Division (PWPSD) provides service to approximately 6100 students in Junior Kindergarten through Grade 12 in 34 schools and is one of the largest employers in the Grande Prairie/Spirit River region.
PWPSDs Transportation Department is responsible for the repair and maintenance of more than 170 school buses and vehicles within the Division. We areseeking aPermanent Part Time Service Person (20 hours/week 4 hours per day) to work out of the Spirit River Bus Shop.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Must be willing and able to work in a team environment
- Must be able to work overtime when required
Duties include but not limited to:
- Minor bus maintenance including but not limited to: changing spark plugs bulbs filters oil changes and routine services tire changes etc

A current Criminal Record Check (including Vulnerable Sector Check) dated within the last six months is a condition of employment.
Salary is commensurate with training and salary range for this position is$25.53 29.18 per hour.
