Job Title: Senior SEO Specialist
Location: Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 2500 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:
Were seeking a skilled Senior SEO Specialist to lead organic search strategy and performance across multiple client accounts. This role is primarily focused on SEO strategy and contentdriven marketing with the support of a development team that handles implementation. Youll help shape the overall SEO roadmap support content planning and guide performance improvements across a portfolio of SMB clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct SEO audits keyword research and competitor analysis to guide strategy.
- Develop and execute Local SEO strategies including citation building and optimization.
- Advise on backlink opportunities (e.g. listings outreach HARO) as a secondary priority.
- Collaborate with content creators to shape SEOinformed calendars and content plans.
- Track and report SEO performance using tools like GA4 GSC and Ahrefs.
- Identify technical SEO issues and partner with developers to implement fixes.
- Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and clients both written and verbal.
- Deliver monthly reporting and continuous improvement recommendations.
Qualifications:
- 35 years of handson SEO experience including strategic planning.
- Proficiency with: Google Analytics (GA4) Google Search Console Ahrefs.
- Familiarity with ScreamingFrog for audits (used occasionally).
- Experience with WordPress (adminlevel preferred).
- Strong understanding of local SEO and conversionfocused strategies.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience coordinating across content and technical teams.
NicetoHaves:
- Awareness of UX/UI or visual design best practices.
- Website design or development experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Clarity or AgencyAnalytics.
- Industry experience in medical or healthrelated fields.
