Job Description

Role Senior Delivery Manager
Technology Infrastructure Program Management

Technical skills (Required Must to have)
  • Prior Experience in lead large teams and engagement
  • Experience in customer service leadership and logistics may be advantageous.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of or experience with evidencebased leadership and employee engagement frameworks.

Area of responsibilities
The role is expected to carry out following function/activities as part of this job.
  • Business Planning: Review and provide inputs to account plans specific to delivery capabilities execution of delivery plan as given in the account plan.
  • Proposals: Lead large proposals provide guidance review (mainly solution estimation financial modeling project plan and risks) and approve proposals in the system in order to ensure a win.
  • Resource Planning: Review the project level resource plan consolidate and prepare resource plan for DU including people space infrastructure and liaison with required groups in order to fulfill resource requirements of the delivery unit.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with customers.
  • Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.
  • Leading the service delivery team managing conflict and ensuring the teams processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
  • Managing finances and budgets.
  • Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
  • Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish improve and refine services.
  • Remaining organized and meeting deadlines.
  • Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the companys services delivery criteria and solutions for issues that may arise.
  • Streamlining operations for margin improvement and other organizational requirements.
  • This position works closely with a variety of departments and service lines to assure that that Service Excellence is datadriven and brings innovative Solutions and Continual improvement in Service Delivery
