The purpose of this role is provide support and assistance in managing client plans and daytoday activities while collaborating with colleagues.

At dentsu were looking for a Client Consultant in Milan.
The purpose of this role is provide support and assistance in managing client plans and daytoday activities while collaborating with colleagues.
Key Accountabilities
- Project Management: ensure projects and plans meet objectives and stay on time/budget.
- Client Support: Assist Client Manager with client liaison and administration.
- Keep updated on the Clients marketplace through competitor reviews and reading
- Develop strong working relationships with Clients
- Ensure Client needs are met quickly efficiently and completely with the defined timings and a high quality output for all activities
Skills
- At least 2 years of experience in international agencies
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing and of the main paid advertising platforms (Google ADS Meta Ads Manager TikTok Business Manager Programmatic DSP Sponsored Ads)
- Great client relationship skills with the ability to engage highprofile stakeholders using the appropriate tone and approach
- Fluent English spoken and written
- Excellent organizational and relational skills
- Strong problemsolving skills proactivity and autonomy in daytoday project management
- Positive attitude team spirit and a strong commitment to excellence in client service
