Job Description

Were Hiring: Sales & Business Development Executive
Location: Chanda Nagar Hyderabad 500050
Timings: 10 AM 7 PM (Sunday Off)
Experience: 15 years in B2B sales preferably in electrical or industrial products

What Youll Do
Sales & Growth
Drive B2B sales of premium electrical products across multiple industries
Scout and onboard new clients through cold calls email outreach IndiaMART Amazon and our website
Build lasting customer relationships that lead to repeat business
Smash monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPI goals
Quotations Orders & CRM Mastery
Prepare accurate quotes and estimates tailored to client needs
Lead negotiations with a winwin mindset
Manage sales orders from deal to delivery with zero errors
Update and manage CRM like a protrack every lead deal and followup
Present insights through regular sales reports and forecasts

Collaboration & Execution
Work handinhand with procurement accounts and logistics to close loops and speed up transactions
Troubleshoot process bottlenecks and anticipate potential roadblocks
Own the EstimatetoPayment journeyensure timely payments with smart followups

What You Bring
15 years of B2B sales experience (electrical/industrial preferred)
Killer communication and negotiation skills
Familiarity with CRMs digital lead gen and ecommerce platforms
A proactive entrepreneurial mindset
Basic technical knowhow of electrical products (bonus!)

Qualification:
Minimum Required:
