Job Title: Retention Agents
CA Desk Ramat Gan
Job Type: FullTime
Overview: We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals for the roles of Retention Agents for CA DESK. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer service with a focus on retaining clients and leading teams effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients in relevant markets.
- Engage customers proactively to understand their needs and address any concerns.
- Utilize effective communication techniques to retain clients and promote services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and followups.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly retention targets.
Desk Details:
- CA Desk (Team Leader & Retention)
- Shift Hours: 17:00 01:00 (MondayThursday ONLY)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in RETENTION ROLE
- Excellent communication skills in English with proficiency in French preferred.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as required.
