A bit about the job:
AsIWR Senior Internal Communications Manager Transformation youll shape and deliver the communications strategy for our most ambitious change programmes. Working closely with ExCo programme teams the CEO Office and People Function youll ensure colleagues are informed engaged and supported through change.
Key responsibilities include:
Transformation narrative Own and evolve the transformation story aligned to IWR strategy. Lead communications for our big bet priorities and advise on when and how to engage the wider business.
Change communications Deliver clear timely messaging that helps colleagues understand the reasons for change and what it means for them.
People impact Communicate role and team changes with care and clarity supporting leaders to land messages well.
Stakeholder engagement Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders offering coaching and strategic counsel.
Content leadership Create engaging content across multiple channels. Track effectiveness and report on impact as part of programme governance.
Skills and experience were looking for
Proven experience leading internal comms for major transformation or integration programmes.
Strong campaign and channel planning skills including digital.
Confident working with senior stakeholders and building trust quickly.
A collaborative team player who brings energy humility and a peoplefirst mindset.
Highly organised detailoriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Salary around 85000 (depending on location skills experience and qualifications)
