Job Details
Como Ingeniero de Mejora Continua te encargaras de poner en marcha y ejecutar proyectos de mejora continua para conseguir cumplir los objetivos de productividad y calidad.
Funciones habituales:
Planificar implementar coordinar y supervisar proyectos de mejora continua en el rea de operaciones. Utilizacin de herramientas Lean para la ejecucin de los proyectos.
Gestionar el rea de reporting. Recopilar analizar y presentar informacin de los KPIs de productividad y calidad de manera estructurada. Mejora del proceso actual de extraccin de KPIs.
Coordinar proyectos interdepartamentales una visin global de compaa de eficiencia y de perspectiva del cliente alineando las acciones y desarrollos con otras reas.
Supervisar y controlar la correcta estandarizacin de procesos en todas las zonas y reas de la compaa.
Coordinar el desarrollo de la formacin continua en los distintos procesos de la compaa.
Dar soporte desde operaciones a la implementacin de los nuevos procesos de clientes.
Promover y participar en el anlisis e implementacin de proyectos de mejora en los procesos internos o en los procesos con clientes y proveedores.
Participar en la realizacin de las auditoras de Sistema de Gestin LEAN velando por la correcta implantacin de la metodologa.

Requisitos:
Titulado Superior con preferencia en Ingeniera Industrial
Metodologa LEAN White o Green Belt
Prevencin de riesgos laborales
Experiencia 13 aos en el rea de logstica
Nivel de Ingles intermedio alto
