A great opportunity exists for a seasoned Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager to become a key contributor within our APAC Hosting team. This role offers the chance to lead complex implementations and build enduring client relationships. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the server and supporting IT infrastructure built for new and existing Altera cloud services clients in Microsoft Azure. This role will require someone who can effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery that exceeds client expectations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the endtoend delivery of EMR solution infrastructure implementations within an Azure environment.
- Effectively liaising with client project managers Altera Professional Services Project Managers and internal service delivery teams.
- Applying your experience in IT Infrastructure Database Networking CITRIX Windows and IT Security to navigate project complexities.
- Coordinating with various technical teams leading the project aspects of building out cloudbased infrastructure to achieve project cost quality and schedule goals
- Cultivating strong professional relationships with key stakeholders.
- Utilising project management tools such as Microsoft Teams and Project for tracking and reporting.
- Achieve a high level of client satisfaction for assigned projects.
What were looking for:
- A solid understanding and experience working on Azure database concepts networking security and Windows infrastructure. You dont need to be a handson engineer but a strong technical aptitude is crucial for understanding challenges and driving solutions.
- Experience working directly with client project managers and a demonstrable ability to build rapport and trust.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels including Csuite executives.
- Holds a current project management certification.
- Strong business acumen and a proactive engaging approach.
- Excellent problemsolving skills with a track record of delivering results with minimal management involvement.

Working Arrangements
- Standard work week or as defined by assignment requirements
- Primarily works in standard office environment or remotely
- May require afterhours oncall support and/or holidays
- Oncall and afterhour work during peak times including end of month/quarter/year; during this time PTO is limited to meet business needs.
- This will be a hybrid role based in Adelaide with some travel expected.
