About the Opportunity
Personal Care Assistants are responsible for providing quality care support and recreational activities to our homes residents.
- Provide care in line with residents individual care needs
- Report all incidents and changes in resident behaviour to the nurses
- Complete all documentation and ensure compliance with relevant processes
- Establish positive relationships with residents
About You
To be successful youll need:
- Certificate III in Aged Care Individual Support or equivalent
- Commitment to work permanent shifts with flexibility to pick up additional hours
- Ability to communicate and build rapport with residents families and team members
The successful applicant must complete a National Police Check provide proof of Flu and COVID19 Vaccination and may be required to complete aNDIS check.
