As we continue to scale and drive innovation we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our team.
We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to play a critical role in driving data and machine learning initiatives that fuel innovation and business growth. This role is ideal for a handson technical lead who is passionate about solving complex problems using data and building productiongrade ML systems. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to design develop and deploy scalable data solutions and machine learning models that create measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms for prediction classification personalization and automation use cases.
- Translate business problems into machine learning solutions working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for datadriven impact.
- Build and evaluate models using techniques such as supervised/unsupervised learning timeseries forecasting NLP and deep learning where applicable.
- Own the endtoend lifecycle of machine learning models from data exploration and feature engineering to deployment monitoring and retraining.
- Lead crossfunctional ML projects collaborating with product managers data engineers analysts and software engineers.
- Partner with data engineering teams to ensure robust data pipelines and access to highquality clean and reliable data for analytics and ML.
- Contribute to the design and development of scalable ML infrastructure and tools to support training experimentation and production deployment.
- Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights uncover trends and support strategic decisions.
- Develop visualizations dashboards and reports to communicate results to technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Work with stakeholders across the business (product marketing operations) to validate findings and support datainformed decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Generative AI Computer Science Mathematics Statistics or a related technical field.
- Masters degree in Data Science Generative AI Computer Science Mathematics Statistics or a related technical field is a plus.
- 6 years of handson experience in data science or machine learning preferably in a product or platformfocused environment preferably in healthcare or similar datarich domain.
- Strong proficiency in Python and common ML libraries.
- Experience with MLOps tools and cloudbased ML environments such as AWS.
- Experience working with healthcare data formats (HL7 FHIR) and privacy standards (HIPAA) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods experimental design and data wrangling.
- Familiarity with SQL Spark and distributed data systems is a plus.
