- This is not a 100% remote position MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON CAMPUS
- Preferred consideration will be given to applicants with transplant experienceand experience working with organ procurement organizations

Required Qualifications: Donate Life Services Supervisor
- Minimum of four years clinical experience including two years in transplant .
- Minimum of two years of experience to include the majority of the following: serve as an operational and/or clinical expert for a group of employees regularly model/mentor and train employees on technical skills make decisions regarding daily priorities for a work group provide guidance to and/or assist staff on nonroutine or escalated issues required.
- Bachelors degree in nursing or biological sciences .
- Certification within 6 months of hire
- Ability to exhibit strong leadership strong planning and organizational skills .
- Advanced knowledge and clinical skills in organ procurement (e.g. OPTN organ allocation regulations clinical assessments fielding referral calls etc.) .
- Ability to work independently exercise creativity/innovation and be attentive to detail .
- Strong interpersonal skills .
- Ability to problem solve and exhibit strong judgment skills in a wellthought out and timely fashion and determine appropriate course of action in significantly complex situations
- Flexibility and dedication to team environment .
- Ability to lead and develop teams .
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills .
- Ability to anticipate and respond effectively to changes in direction and priorities .
- Wellordered approach to problem solving .
- Demonstrated proficiency with telecommunication equipment information systems basic operating room and organ procurement supplies office equipment and supplies and audiovisual equipment .
- Drivers license and reliable automobile .
- Blood and body fluid precautionary handling .
Preferred Qualifications:Donate Life Services Supervisor
- Demonstrated experience and competency with quality improvement outcomes monitoring and/or process development in the healthcare arena preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in data collection analysis and interpretation preferred.
- Some management OR leadership experience preferred.
