Job Description

We are working on behalf of an Am Law 10 firm to recruit a Director of Marketing Analytics and Operations to drive operational excellence optimizing marketing performance innovative processes and productivity within the Marketing Department. Serving as a strategic partner to the Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) and department leaders this role focuses on leveraging marketing technology datadriven decisionmaking and effective team development to enable the success of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Performance: Lead the development of KPIs dashboards and forecasting tools to measure marketing performance and guide strategic decisionmaking.
  • Organizational Efficiency: Drive workflow improvements and process automation to boost marketing team efficiency and scalability.
  • Policies and Procedures: Serve as the marketing departments lead for compliance disclosure and policy adherence. Manage budgeting and expense reporting processes to support strategic planning and financial accountability.
  • Technology and Data Strategy: Collaborate with IT AI and KM teams to evaluate and optimize the marketing technology stack. Ensure data integrity and consistent data governance practices.
  • Talent Development: Lead initiatives that foster team engagement professional growth and crossfunctional collaboration.

Credentials and Expertise:

  • Educational Background: A bachelors degree is required preferably in marketing communication business or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of strategic marketing leadership in law firms or professional services with at least 10 years managing teams across multiple locations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in CRM experience management systems and marketing technology platforms. Proven ability to implement and support operational processes.
  • Leadership and Influence: Strong executive presence emotional intelligence and the ability to influence stakeholders drive consensus and foster a culture of accountability.
