Job Description
Overview
Responsibilities
Collaborates with internal stakeholders such as HR Finance and Legal to develop and implement physician compensation strategies that support organizational goals and objectives.
Conducts market research and benchmarking to gather data on physician compensation trends and best practices.
Evaluates and recommends changes to compensation plans based on market data organizational needs and regulatory requirements.
Provides guidance and support to physicians and leadership regarding compensationrelated inquiries and issues.
Monitors and analyzes compensation data to identify trends address disparities and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
an accredited institution
Preferred: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
Preferred: Experience in hospital/healthcare industry
