Job Description
About the Role:
Were on the hunt for a creative and resultsdriven Social Media Manager to own the creative direction of our shortform video content. Youll guide ideation oversee daily content publishing and manage a network of creators all with one goal in mind: going viral.
Responsibilities:

Lead the ideation and creative strategy for our social media accounts

Publish daily content across TikTok Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts

Oversee and collaborate with a network of content creators

Produce at least one viral video (1M views) per month
Requirements:

Proven track record of creating viral shortform videos (1M views)

Strong creative instinct for hooks pacing editing and storytelling

Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Deep understanding of shortform video trends and social platforms
