Transaction Processor II
Onsite in El Plano TX
Payrate: $16.00/hr.
About the role:
The Transaction Processor II supports the team lead handles escalations and ensures timely and accurate processing of work items. This role also involves reviewing team performance assisting with training and maintaining compliance with service levels and company policies.
Job Track Description:

Responsibility Statements
- Assist and backup team lead
- Process and respond to escalation emails
- Process items in the queue First in First out
- Process BSG accounts
- Review all queues for any items not with service level
- Assist with training and answering team members questions via chat
- Review team members work for accuracy and completion
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.

For this position actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. In addition to base pay this position based on business need may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $16 an hour.
